Bringing in your goods...

Ever been to a place and wondered how it stays looking so manicured?; like it's the grand opening over and over. We believe it starts and ends with good planning and expectations. Our staff will have vendor arrival times pre-established with the event host to ensure things runs smoothly. Be sure to know your time slot prior to the 'day of'.  Upon arrival drive your vehicle to our 'lower-level' parking area which is located near our gazebo. It's a small area so only a few vehicles are allowed at a time. Large carts are provided so you can easily move 'the goods' wherever they need to be in our large space.

Parking during the event...

Once you have staged everything to perfection, our goal is make sure the venue remains picture perfect. To do so we have areas set aside just for the support staff. That might be a DJ, caterer, maid-of-honor, or even grandma. It's all about the event host and the memories frozen by video and pictures.
Please re-locate your vehicle to our designated locations that are set aside just for you. We assure you easy access when it's time to 'load up'.

After its all over...

Everything was perfect and you were a BIG part of helping to make it happen! We'll start by saying the event host thanks you and so does The Ponds.
Back to expectations, our staff is already thinking of the next guests. To make sure they receive the same picture perfect setting, we need your help. Remember the 'lower-level' parking? It's small but we need everyone to communicate with the staff and host to coordinate reloading 'the goods'. We require that you use the carts to reload (even if it's dark).
